Exterior Design

The design presents a compact yet charming traditional-style façade suited for a narrower lot. The width is 48′-0″ and depth 58′-6″, giving the home a footprint that balances presence with efficiency.
The roof pitch is steep (primary pitch 9 on 12) which lends strong vertical lines and a sense of height even though the maximum ridge height is only 26′-0″.

A welcoming front porch (132 sq ft) as well as a rear porch (121 sq ft) are included—both enhance curb appeal and create outdoor transition zones for relaxing or entertaining.
Construction details: exterior walls are 2×4 framing (with optional upgrade to 2×6) and foundation type is standard slab.

Interior Walk-through

Entering the home you step into an open floor-plan layout. The main living area is designed with fluid flow: the living room, dining area and kitchen are visually and physically connected to maximise use of the compact footprint.
